Eventsquid has served many hundreds of clients since we emerged onto the business event scene in 2015. Since the beginning, we have given each prospect and each client a personalized experience; one that involves individualized training right from the outset and one that allows us to intelligently advise you when you need guidance. It takes more time and it costs us more, but we think it’s worth it over the long run because our aim is to make what you do more efficient, more fun and better for your event participants. We also know that when you feel you have a real partner, you will be more likely to stay with us for years.
Where we came from informs where we are headed
Eventsquid actually began in 2012 within the sports and hobby markets of radio control aviation, archery, bodybuilding, fitness, golf and others. Serving these communities requires special attention to simplicity and scalability. It also means we had to make our platform incredibly flexible in order to handle the wide array of events, many of which have as much complexity as a multi-day corporate-style event. Although we sunsetted all but one of our sports and hobby sites, their roots still anchor what our organizational clients experience today on Eventsquid; namely, a user experience that both pleases and performs. Attendees easily navigate registration and account management while planners move comfortably about the management interfaces. Current and future Eventsquid users will always enjoy incredibly flexible but easy-to-use software. It’s just how we do things.
Our team knows SOFTWARE and BUSINESS
We view most every event like a mini entrepreneurial venture. You must create your event’s structure, pricing and selection model. You must then promote and execute it. Our creative, development and executive teams have DECADES of experience in more than a dozen different industries, large and small. We combine that experience with guidance from event planners across North America and incorporate it into the software on a weekly basis. The result is a platform that continues to evolve, giving our clients more value than they bargained for and a platform they can depend on as their events grow and evolve.
